Dos Grillos is a beautiful villa (220 sq m) in approximately 15,000 square metres of land, providing seclusion and serenity. The villa is also close to a number of excellent restaurants, a very good local shop and is just 10 minutes to the centres of both Carvoeiro and Lagoa. The land leads to country walks to the beach cove of Benagil (1.5-2km) which has beautiful clean sand and is safe for bathing.

To the right of the front door is a short wide passageway with a full bathroom leading from it. At the end of the passageway is a door to the 3 downstairs bedrooms.

These 3 bedrooms each have twin beds and fitted wardrobes and 2 have full ensuite bathrooms. The 3rd bedroom is next to the "house" bathroom. Two of these bedrooms have patio doors at the rear of the villa to patios leading to the swimming pool.

Immediately to the left of the front door is the staircase leading up to the large master (double) bedroom, also with a full ensuite bathroom. This room has commanding views toward both the sea and the surrounding countryside as well as the villa's spacious grounds.

Next to the staircase in the entrance hall is a door leading into the dining area of the lounge/diner. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen leads off the dining area and there is also a serving hatch. The kitchen boasts dishwasher, fridge, microwave, hob, oven, crockery and cutlery for 8 people plus barbeque utensils and even picnic plates! Washing machine, iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner also available. The villa also has a cot. A high chair can also be provided if required.

The lounge is a step down from the dining area and is complete with patio doors to the rear of the villa. In here is satellite TV, CD player and DVD.

The swimming pool has solar heating and there is ample space for chairs, tables and loungers on all sides of the pool - there's also has a barbeque situated at the house end of the pool.

An unusual addition to this villa is an outside table tennis table made of marble. The present owner has considerately built walls around this area in an attempt to keep the ball within easy reach!

Dos Grillos has mains water and electricity. Cooking is by gas, water is solar heated with electricity back-up.
